Mrs brother phoned and said him and family watched a 3d DVD last night with the glasses on.
He said it was crap.
I said do you have a 3d tv.
He said no

You can get them with the multicolour lenses can't you? Batman in 3d on the xbox looks surprisingly good on a normal non 3d telly

Its still possible to watch 3d DVD's without the TV. You dont even need the TV its just another con its how the picture is put onto the screen not the screen itself.

i have my bloody valentine in 3d and you watch with glasses on using a regular tv

there have been 3d films coming out on dvd for years and you didn't need a 3d tv for them?

what about 3d films in cinemas? they are played on the same screens as normal films.

What about the special 3D TV programmes they did for Children in Need absolutely years ago - just used the green and red glasses...
