How do you deal with yours? mines getting progressively worse to the point its aching 24/7. Iv just bought a weight lifting belt that i wear fro work to hold my posture better. Im going to look into seeing a chiropractor this week to see if theres anything they can do.

Buy a decent mattress and pillows and it will probably get a bit better

There's your problem, decent matress, good pillow and a not bending over a desk all the time will help this
I have an epic chair at work that has sorted my back RIGHT out since I had trouble at work before.

your core strength probably isnt very high. they will end up giving you exercises to sort it out. massages are only temporary relief

It's all to do with your posture. I would go to the chiropractor, I had to once when it got too bad. Had 2 sessions and it really sorted me out.
With me it was my seating position at work that was the problem. I still occasionally get a bad back if I slouch in my chair but nothing like I did and I know what causes it now so can stop myself from slouching when I feel it coming on.

What's it like? I could do with a new chair for my office and something to help my back would be great since I'm sat at the desk all day.

Ofcourse it could, for all he knows it might be the sole reason his back is fucked, happens all the time, I had a similar problem with my neck and as soon as I got some decent pillows it gradually went away.

If your mattress you have at the moment isn't knackered you could get a memory foam topper. Hell of a lot cheaper than a full mattress.

I'm 21, since about age 13 I spent most my days sitting in a computer chair and this has given me back problems since about age 18.
Not seriously bad at all, just every few months, maybe for a few days I'll get back pain if I move in a certain way etc. It's a bit of an inconvenience but it's my own fault..

I've had it for a few year, all muscle problems. Determined to get it sorted now as its just core muscles I need to work on.
My lower back is a weak point of my body, any falls/accidents always fucks my back up

i had physiotherapy on my back after my car accident.
it's been quite bad since it finished, but he did give me some exercises and bending movements to try out which stretch the back nicely.
mines terrible to the point i need to have a sit down in work. manual work doesn't help it but you have to get on with life regardless

In the carbon fibre layup building at my work it's 90% women as they are apparently better at it than men!
Is your work full of birds?
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
