I wanted this M reg GSi in red done 70k miles, got this Red Sport 1.6 instead with 30k miles. The GSi had a new engine after 1 year. That went for £4k. Did i do the wrong thing in buying my Sport? Im getting bad feelings now.

GSi's are 10 times better, you get a 1 off bodykit and colourcoded arches.

I wasnt bothered by that, i wanted the C16xe engine. I wasnt sure what it was though cos the rocker cover was blank. No ecotec and no Vauxhall badging. What would it have been as M reg?

GSi's are not slow, they are restricted. In a non-restricted state they would destroy a 106 GTi.
