Spoken to him a few times about it.

Last time was around 6months ago when he fitted the t70 turbo to it, and he reckoned on 400bhp

Now it's been off the road all winter getting loads more trick bits and he's claiming 700bhp after mapping.

And where it began

Will speak to him again after it's been on the rolling road and see if it's lived up to expectations.

Unfortunately no.

Anytime I speak to him he's tinkering with it and says He'll take me a run when it's running again. then I don't speak to him for ages.

I've been in a 400bhp one. That was pretty quick! The lad that had it then got rid and last saw him about 4 years ago driving a Bayside Blue R34 GTR and now disappeared off the face of the earth. Guess he moved away.

It was bad enough trying to keep out R32 GTR straight with 480bhp when it was in RWD mode.

If that really is 700bhp he is never likely to use 60% of its potential unless on track.

Mine is running 539 at the rear wheels and to be honest it's not tooooo bad to use on the road if you are sensible, but I have put the back end out at 90mph once a tiny bit which did scare me a little

Probably, but I doubt it'll ever go to a track, we're over 100 odd miles from any tracks.

It's due at Wallace soon, is that where you take your skyline?

Point proven

90% of people I know running big power (600+) are just for drag racing. It's not useable power on track, as AK said!

fuuuuck that for a daily

Not too sure what a 25G would be like for response but the 700bhp from a RB25DET suggets its a big bang turbo.... hang on tight when the boost (5-6k) comes in
