Im wanting a bigger engine than the X16XE i've got already, i know everyone will say C20XE or C20LET, but a C20LET i won't be able to insure and a C20XE i'll struggle to insure and its a big block so its not a cheap conversion really. What other small blocks can i fit straight in my Corsa B with decent power over my standard engine?
Cheers!

Doesn't the X18XE1 have less power as well though?
And is the Z18XE a big block?

What needs doing to get the Z18XE to work in a Corsa B then? Im guessing i can still use the drive shafts etc from my X16XE? Or would i need the gearbox, shafts and the rest from the Z18XE

been told the x18xe1 is a better engine then the z18xe its a fook on tryin to get the fly by wire to work
as far as the shafts go and tht use the 18 fly wheel and cluch and use a f13 box think the x16xe uses it (unsure anyone check) also obviously use the corsa drive shafts
a bonus to the small block x18xe1 .... With it being a small block uses the same mounts so you dont have to change mounts
i have the 18xe1 waitin to go in mine just need a few more parts lol
it also depends what you do with the engine.... Just remeber you start with more bhp and more importantly
more torque standard

Might have to look into an X18XE1 then, sounds like it'll be alot easier to put in if it uses the same mounts and gearbox as my X16XE
