Cbt is just a training day you cant really fail it.
well you could but you'd have to be a total tard. There is no test the instructors just make sure you are confident enough.

Peice of piss Ste. drive around a car park and few cones, go on the main road with the instructors do what they tell you, go back to base, get a few questions on road signs (maybe) and get certificate and away you go.

Yeah. I did it in June, never sat on a bike before and passed in about 5 hours.

Wrong time of the year really Ste, you get all the bad bits of biking and none of the good unless you get a random nice weekend.

I did the CBT at 16, easiest thing ever. At the place where I did the training for my full test they said they've only ever had one person fail it, and that's because they went the wrong way round a roundabout That's the level of idiocy required to fail

Btw: Russ

Hi DaveWES

Only bad thing with CBT is you'll buy a 125 and after about a week be bored and want something better

I've passed it twice now and a third time (without a certificate) because my girlfriend was doing it and he let me hop on a bike and do it too.
It's very easy, "compulsary basic training" - ie: not a test, as long as you're not very dangerous etc then you pass

Yeah fair point. They're not bad for getting around on though as a secondary form of transport. At 17/18 I had a 125 for going to college on and getting to work, college was about 15 miles each way. I was thinking recently about getting a 400 or something for going to work on, but I can't afford it and have nowhere to put it at the mo

Think the only way to fail a cbt is to run somebody over and kill them, even at that you mite still pass
