They're not though, you would have to be mad not to use a decent brake set up on that car.

Nice build just read through the 1 page project thread, bet its 'intresting' having 417bhp through the front wheels on a 106 though.

few mates ran their mk2 escort without belt covers on tarmac and forest stages for years, never had a problem, but i know what your getting at.
