Since owning my car i'v always noticed a rattle like sound when going over speed bumps or holes in the road ect from the front end no specific side just the front sounds like some think is loose and rattles or moves / gives more then it should. Been out in other identcal cars and they dont do it they feel a a little more solid when going over a bump iv got new eibach springs that i fitted about a year ago and it didnt make it any better or worse nut can hear it more now the suspension is stiffer and doesn give as easy cant think what it could be

Just had my tracking done they did'nt comment then about any think on track rock ends, strut top bearing seemed fine when i changed the springs, could it be bush's?

Possibly, my front ARB is knocking because the bushes are on the way out, might be something similar.
