Ahh I never knew that. Just thought it was your towing wagon, the disco gonna stay and take over this role?

My dad used to have one when I was a kid, always used to want to sit in the boot on the foldout chairs anywhere we went

Do yours make the distinct water pump noise?

ouch. a bit of an expensive machine to run over the winter period ?

wouldnt you not have settled for a diesel model?i

hate filling up.

i love diesels.

although civic type R's arent too bad on juice for a petrol, taking account the performance you get with them also. Good choice kurt.

Depends what I'm towing, Freelander is still better on the fuel so if the weather OK and my mum can use the Astra probably just do that. I just don't want to be away for the weekend and leave her with the Astra which is significantly more rubbish than the Freelander.

Not sure about that noise, need to sort out a load of niggles on it tbh, cheap cheap.

my mate had a disco tdi, 65,000miles and a few years back couldn't sell it for £900.

so he parked it up and put on it ebay this year and got £2650 for it.

madness, he nearly parted with it for £750 too
