i put a similar thread up recently about multi-gyms and was advised it's best to get free weights and a bench.
my mate at work has gave me his curling and bicep bars and some weights to try out and i quite like training this way.
now obviously i need a bench as i don't have one, but there are so many different kinds on the market that i don't know what to choose.
is something like this ideal?

i want to buy new and i guess anything up to 100 quid without any bar's/weight's seems fair.
cheers.

cheers.
this looks alright and has weights included (only 36kg but enough to start off)
http://www.connection-fitness.co.uk/brand/Marcy/WM205_Weight_Bench_and_Weights/2055/index.aspx
is that ideal for a basic starter set-up?
i have dumbells aswell as the curling and tricep bars and about 40kg's in iron weights already.
