What a load of crap! The screen is awful compared to the offerings from Samsung and Apple.
And Windows 7 Mobile didnt exactly blow me away.

Microsoft have been using terms like "Revoloutionary, and Inspiring" To describe their new Phone OS..... Is it shit?
I want a new phone but dont know whether to get an iPhone 4 32GB or Something else..

Just been having a bit more of a fiddle.. I put it in 'dark mode' and it compliments the poor screen a bit better.. The touch interface is brilliant and they keyboard faultless, no copy and paste though and the menu visualisations are a little bit overkill IMHO..
Best feature by far is the back button! A feature that used to be on all phones but seems to have died out over the last few years.

Dave I was leaning towards a HD7, what makes the screen so poor ?
And were you able to use the OS seeing as its meant to be completely different from any other phone os.

The contrast ratio on it is poor compared to the Iphone 4 and the AMOLED stuff from samsung..
With the samsungs you can seen the screen from any angle, its like a piece of paper! I find with the HD7 it doesnt have to be tilted very far before it blurs into nothingness.
We are just trying to deploy some applications but at the moment having no luck due to it being "locked down".. We have to join some Microsoft thing before we can open it up.
