Has any one resolved it ? I just spoke to a lady (or man) couldn't tell, and they said my order has been cancelled as the codes were invalid or something like that. Obviously they didn't even notify me about this or anything like that at all, so piss poor customer service, and she was a bit rude on the phone, so all in all don't use the bastards as they are quite clearly shit.

I've yet to get a reply to my 'query'. So I'll probably give them a call. Not sure if the money has been taken yet though.

They won't take it, but they said something about it being in your 'suspense' account, and you need your ban to transfer it back in to your account.......

TBH it was worth a go. Not a massive inconvenience. Just a query form on their site and maybe now a phone call.

To not even notify me is bad customer service. I could of ordered it from another website with the time I've wasted. I am a bit pissed off with what's happened tbh.

Yeah I know. Pretty much why they no longer exist on the High Street anymore

Were you ordering it for a PS3 or an Xbox?

I raised a dispute via Paypal, last week, I have to wait until 4/11 to escalate it to a claim. Which i will do, hopefully paypal will get involved then and refund me. Woolies themselves were useless, the money(£25) left my account on the day i paid

Just had an email to say my dispute has been closed. Checked my paypal and the £25 shows as refunded, still not showing in my account as yet.

I had a call confirming my delivery address, followed by an email saying my order had been processed with the price at £25. Will wait and see if it arrives and how much is taken from my card.

It's not Woolworths anymore is it.. It's Very group operating under the woolworths domain name... I paid with Paypal, rang them and they were nice enough.. apparently the code is only valid when you open a credit account with Very. They refunded the Paypal payment the next day.
Although... shouldn't have had to ring them to find out it wasn't valid...

So you won't be buying it for £25 on release day then? You will instead be paying £40 to have it delivered to your door potentially 1 or 2 days late...

Just got a reply, for no stated reason they have not honoured the discount codes so have cancelled my order and will issue a refund.
