Anyone know about this?
I found it the other day and its quite interesting, given you don't have all the MOT's and advisory sheets for the car.
Direct.gov website
Sometimes their links expire, so if it does; its under the motoring section of http://www.direct.gov.uk
My car failed once upon a time due to less than 1.5mm on the brakes

Mine failed about 3 months before I bought it but sine buying it I've put it through 5 MOTs and it failed once, never ha advisories, which is strange because one of the advisories from the test before I bought it was a chip on the windscreen which is still there 5 years on, yet I've never been advised about it Proves Gavin from Autoglass wrong anyway
