Wot phone have u got mate cos, if u have a nokia 3310/3330/3410 and sum others u can send more that 160 charactures at one but o2 only support 160 in each message therefore send the message in 160 charactures which they send with in a couple of seconds of each other. Also picture SMS are sent as 2 txt.

Happened with me and orange in the end after about 6 months they agreed I did not make over £200 of calls, as I was in the US at the time and rang home from there and then rang from the UK 3 mins later. Took them ages to coneveine them they is no way that was possible

Munchie o2 are skanks, they skank in everyway possible... i had problems with my bills, but eventually sorted them out... had the phone about 2.5yrs same as yourself... Had unlimited txtxs to start off with untill i started using 3-4000!!! yes thousand txts a month, they said i was ABUSING there service, i was like well u said unlimited!!! they decided to put me on a 600 txt allowance without tellin me, there i was killin the txts as usuall, THERE CAME A NASTY BILL £293... there i was kackin my pants, cus i was usued to a £20 bill.... emailed them several times, then called them had a right go at them, they were sayin we sent u a txt sayin weve changed ur tariff, told em i didnt recieve it... My final arguement was either cut off my txt message allowance on this bill, or i cut contact off and cancel DD and it willl be much mor hassle for u lot payin court fees etc... they said ok and refunded my money, but still agree THERE SERVICE IS CRAP!!!

I too was thinkin bout movin to O2 online trariff with 500 free txt etc, but as said readin this makes me think not to! Why bother if U can get all that shit off them and have to try sort stuff out. I dont really check my bill that closely just normally assume its right. Im with orange at mo, thing that keeps me there is free insurance on my tariff
