A little story behind why i decided to go to the gym. Basically i got dumped by some slag on boxing day 09. The local bodybuilding gym was opening up a new gym closer to me so i decided i would join that lose some weight and prove my ex she was a mug to get rid of me. 10 months later im still going strong 4-5 days a week.

Question, whats the protocol on getting dumped on Boxing Day? Did you ask for any gifts that you had got her back? I bet thats why she waited till Boxing Day. Crafty.

she had been funny all december with me. then xmas day comes i got her good presents and she bought me shit like a football (i dont like football) then she got rid on boxing day by a text. she had some one else lined up as she was with them within 2 weeks the whore

Looking well! Well done mate! I started in nov time and was 21st and now sitting at 16.3lb.

Not sure why I started at the gym really! Was always going on and off but gave it a good kick and never look back

I want to lost another 2 by end of jan so I'm keeping a progress thread. Have a look below! I'm weighing in tomorrow after 3 weeks of hitting the gym again since I've moved!
