Well I think that's what it is.

Was on the piss last night when my shoulder started to hurt, didn't think much of it at the time... However, this morning I'm in great pain. I can hardly move my arm, and when I do it frikkin kills...

Anyone shed any light? Ta.

Have a warm shower. You've probably just trapped a nerve possibly. Just get a warm shower and work it around, stretching etc.

I get this sometimes. Just rest it and take painkillers.

I get this quite a bit because of my AS

Apparently (in me) it's because the muscles rotating my shoulder blades have stopped working

Easy test/short term cure. Stand about two foot away from a wall. Lean forward with one fist touching the wall on the affected side.... Elbow bent. Then imagine a move like throwing a punch...a full on right from the shoulder punch.
