my car is currently sat dead on a car park (thankfully close to home), just driven from work to halfords (About an hours journey) all fine no probems at all even started straight away at work, got back into the car after buying a bulb turn the ignition and nothing not even a half arsed attempt at turning over infact it makes no noise at all, all the dash lights/electrics work just wont turn over .

sat trying to ring the rac off my mobile but charges and considering i was on hold for 15mins thought enough was enough so come home and called of the home phone again another 15min wait and finally got through to them only to be told they could be up to 2 hours , suppose it would be busy with the weather as it is but still good job im not a woman and stuck in the middle of nowhere otherwise 2 hours is a bloody long time, also benefit it happened close to home so i could come back.
