I would say the company who own the dyno, it wasnt strapped down securely for one, also why is the dyno raised in the air like that?

But you have to sign a disclaimer before it goes on the rollers. Would that come under that?

Yeah I know but if the operator doesn't secure the vehicle properly then surely they are liable for damage? maybe I'm wrong though.

Surely thats only for engine/transmission failure though.

Wonder what must of been going through the owners head though

As a guess I'd say it was secured but something melt or burnt the strap. It holds too well all the way through.

Not really as at a certain speed they start to crawl out of the rollers, Nics was a good example of that at the RR day, doesn't look strapped down at the front to me.
