They want someone with more managerial experience?

Is the guy that got them promoted and mid table in the Premiership not good enough? This is exactly the type of thinking that got them relegated in the first place, believing they are something they're not.

You have to put foundations in place then build not just assume you can win the Premiership because there's 50k+ fans in St James every week.
