Jack the car up and wobble the wheel side to side and top to bottom. Get someone to locate where the play is.

Wheels may also need balancing. Go with the free option and see if theres any play in the wheels.

Just thought i'd check lol, i thought my wheels had lost a weight and were unbalanced, thought nothin of it carried on driving, got worse so i pulled over

Lucky really cos as i got out i noticed car was on a lean, thought i was just in a drain hole or somethin got round the over side and the arch was stopping the wheel from falling completely, 2 of the bolts were lying right next to the wheel and 2 had fucked off somewhere lmao, was lucky i stopped really saved me from doing any damage

Is it the front or back? Back wheels wobbling could mean a fucked wheel bearing, watch out for that.

Mine went the other week, opened it up to find the bearing in pieces and the wheel had about 1" of play. Weird thing is it wasn't obvious when driving, was my mate noticed the sideways movement.

What do you mean it 'feels like the front'? If your wheel feels loose get your hub nut checked asap.
