Yeahhhh, gay post etc etc...
Mine aren't yellow or anything, but i'd like them a bit whiter.
Use decent toothpaste, and some whitening shit twice a day, and have been for the last few months (the whitening stuff) but its shit, cant see any difference.
I just don't really like my teeth, and want them whiter.
Just got back from the dentist, and got a leaflet on whitening. Has anybody had whitening done through their dentist? Are the results any good?
I'm not after paper white teeth or anything like Simon Cowell, just want them to be brighter, and dentist seems the quickest way. Most of the shit in Boots seem like novelties.

I used some stuff from boots a few years ago and it made a massive difference over a week or so, was about £60 and had to use it for 20 minutes every day, was like a gum shield that you put stuff in.
I want mine done professionally, years of smoking and drinking coffee have made mine quite bad (imo)

Mrs just uses this gel type stuff and mouth pieces off ebay, pretty cheap and works pretty well from what iv seen and she says its basically what the dentist/clinics use.
Think this is the stuff she gets or very similar - Clicky

Use a dentist and nothing else, some "beauty therapy" shops sometimes do it and use a bleach that is too strong and can fuck your gums, oh they need a licence too.

Just stick to a well known brand you can't go wrong, beats paying £400 for what is at the end of the day, exactly the same thing.

The stuff you buy is a bit more watered down to keep health and safety people happy as anyone is allowed to use shop ones.

You have to use the right stuff as it needs to stain deep enough into the tooth. Brushing with whitening toothpaste etc doesn't do anything as the staining is inside the tooth.

My mum used a cotton bud dipped in raw bleach to remove a stain from her front tooth

I've been away for a bit thinking about life, my thoughts were what posts have been shit? They are mainly mature and informative.
