Hello
before you all start, im not really bothered about loosing weight (no need at this point) i just want to build muscle size first then i can sort the rest out later

what i want to know is how to build it

e.g. max weight low reps

or what a quick simple guide will be mint

deadlift. end of. uses pretty much the majority of muscles, and done properly can give huuge results. summat about releasing masses of testosterone which on turn helps with muscle mass gain.

sure someone more clued up will come along and give more info.

Have a look on Muscletalk they have loads of good routines suited to your goals. Having a good diet is also very important. As bubble says Deadlifts and Squats are good for getting the growth hormones going and should definatly be apart of your routine.
