Mine came today with my free shaker not tried one yet, they're pretty shit protein amounts compared to the MyProtein bars. Worth it for £2 though.

I'm still waiting for parcels from the start of December! Been sent through Citylink who seem to be useless. DHL, DPD and Royal Mail don't seem to be having any problems. Maybe 2-3 days behind at worst.
