Its obviously fake, as how could air being pushed around possibly magically push each pin to the correct position and turn the barrel round!

some older cars used to have vacum operated central locking, but even then the ball would have to put pressure into the system and i cant see it working tbh.

Old Audi's etc had central locking pumps and it was a myth that a sudden burst of air pressure in the lines would pop all the locks up. Never seen it done however.
Coathanger or brick are the best methods. Depending on age of car....

Security tags that are the White ones just need to press them in the middle with a small amount of force and then they are useless

Suposedly you can also remote unlock a car through a mobile using the spare key

Makes me laugh this one... i've never seen it work, yet the local police recently came round after someone in the area had been burgled and were offering advice etc.. On the leaflet they handed out, it stated this as an emergency fallback. My missus started going wild about it and saying "yeah i've heard it before, its true..." yadda yadda. We tried it again and it didn't work.
I think it may work in other countries where the frequencies that the remotes operate on are within range of the phone operating frequencies, but I guess they're not compatible here.

I know how a lock works. Blowing air into it wont open it.
Although, that car does look like a Fiat Chinky-Chento...

I thought it was a 206 at first, not so sure now. Key looks like a Clio one.
