not overly interesting,

mapped astra pulling away in 3rd rolling start vs 240bhp corsa 1.8turbo in 2nd

25mph to about 110mph

3rd gear pull (had to brake!)

how many horses is the astra running? is it through a DTUK box?

nope remapped - around 200bhp/300bft

iv blanked off the egr valve as it was stuck and lacking power/filling up the motorway with smoke over 4500rpm!

Ah ok, I had EGR valve issues on my ex g/fs Astra once it was mapped too - would smoke like a bitch and was massively down on power!

Yup same, and 2 miles of driving and the boot was covered in soot

Hers would go into limp mode though at the same time.
