I was putting my protein shake back on the side when I slipped, the protein powder slipped out of my hands, went up in to the air and hit the corner of the washing machine on is way down. The lid flew off to the right and the tub on the floor. The mess didn't look too bad, then when I looked around it was all over the pile of clean washing and all over the shoes on the floor and the coats hung up. I was also covered in the stuff.

Didn't know wether to laugh or cry

When you mean recover, is that because they have had some protein so the cotton fibres can repair?
