Last year?

Are you sure? the official glasto site said there was one person unsuccessfully got over and ended up in hospital coz of his leg.

They said anymore and they wouldnt have another one allowed..

The year before (2001) was rediculous.

I didn't realise nobody jumped the fence last year.
We didn't go last year but had been I think the previous 5 times and never paid once.
Generally we got a Handstamp off some bloke for £10 each and the other times my brother and I jumped the fence. Then by a process of going around and back over a few times eventually got everyone else and all our stuff in.

Why cant you just pay like normal people?

I fcuking hate crustys - the disease of the land. The money - or most of it, goes to charity - people with needs. You nearly got the best and longest running successful festival shut down - nice one.

I thought "how good could it be?" and thought it was over-rated.................til i went and now think that it is so much better than i ever imagined - i guess its just individual points of view.

Oh right - thing i like about glaston is the freedom you get there - i was chatting to coppers with a reefer in my mouth and they were laughing at me being stoned - thats why i enjoy it there so much - theres no real rules just common sense.

A record for glastonbury maybe, not a record for music events n general though. Eminem sold more than that in less time too

Again - id rather pay that money and go and see 20-30 bands over 3 days (even though i go for 5) than go and see Eminem and stand so far away you cant see him anyway for 2 hours.

Its called value for money..
