if you have the money bid on this.

its a proper stainless 4 branch manifold.

absolute bargain if you get it for anything like £100. this would see power gains

or just seen this.one warning tho is i wouldnt fit this if the front of your car sits really low as the 4 branchers sit quite low.

hard to say really as i have never really seen much evidence of what power gain you actually get.

think it varies on different engines as to whats best for it but generly 4-1 release the most power.

4-2-1 is better for mid range torque/ power

4-1 is better for top end torque/ power

Either that or it's the other way round.

You'll hit a 4-1 all the time if your car is lowish,
The autosprint manifold is just a ashley one,
Few on ebay, for the price they're alright I guess,
Much bigger bore than the standard one.

SBD aren't cheap, but they are widely renowned for being one of the best. What about an Ashley mani? Not that expensive.

Do even bother with that ebay 4-1, it's dog shit. I had my coilovers on the heighest setting, and it still hit the road, on anything other that a flat bit of road. The Autosprint one looks just like a Sportex one.

I'd say get a good second hand one, they often turn up on ebay, and the forums.
