If they're not covered, then how are they claiming, and why do you care?

Surely they'll just be told, sorry you weren't covered.

Or are they claiming you never told them?

She shouldn't win, but the way eBay/Paypal are recently it seems to go in the buyers favour.

I've had something with a tracking number delivered with a signature before now, however they claimed not to recieve it and eBay went in the buyers name. Pmsl. I don't sell much on there anymore, its a bit of a joke.

I used to work for an Internet based company, sending ALL their sales to customers via couriers... EVERY investigation - without exception - found in favour of the customer...

My boss was so hacked off, he did the same, but with a laptop; told them he never received it and a few (virtually meaningless) bits of paperwork later - boom, free Lappy!

Which admittedly, is a complete joke of a system...

Once, we even had photographic evidence of collection and it was still rejected... You need less to send people to jail for murder!
