Watching this programme on BBC2 which is very interesting, yet you cant help but think some people are mental. One woman is leaving everything to a cats charity instead of her new husbands sons from a previous marrage. What would you do?

I'm going to leave the massive negative figure in my bank account to the church. The small negative amount on my credit card can be left to my dog and the small positive amount in my ISA can go to my cat.

Fairly common to do one with your first mortgage or life insurance. Dying intestate, your assets just get carved up by the formula.

If I knew I was going to die, I would defo max a shit load of credit cards and leave the bill to the church

done one with my pension plan at 16.
all money will be split equally between mum and my mrs, which should be a fair amount according to my yearly pension statement. they'd get over £175,000 more if i die at work. also got another life insurance policy dont really know how much that would pay out just know it would split equally also.
