Just bought a HID kit of ebay for my corsa,iv fitted two or three of these kits before but this one is slightly different.This kit only has a strap for the positive side of the battery rather than a strap for both pos and negative sides of the battery.is this normal?There is two other straps but i would imagine they were earths.
any help appreciated

most kits ive fitted have had 2 earths and 1 terminal that goes to the positive terminal of the battery, is the kit from hid-direct?

ive had two kits. first one came with the postive wire for the battery. a control box (i think) two ballasts and one earth wire which was on the wire that plugs into your original buld socket. got rid of it. was total bollocks!
now ive got another one 2 ballasts, control box, positive and negative feed wires. and 2 earth wires for either bulb. ive a friend thats a sparky and he says its the proper conversion kit. mines was off ebay. hope it clears up a couple things mate
