So I'm selling my car soon, but what happens with the insurance in the time between me selling it and getting another one?

Do I just have to keep paying or can you freeze it until I can assign it to another car?

I would just keep paying it if you can afford to. will get to your next No claims sooner with no chance of you having a bump

Thought you weren't allowed more than one insurance policy on a car, but I will have one and the new owner has one.

Or just hope they get insured with a different company and don't notice?
