because of it been to long its kincked and cause my xe not to start.

i was wondering is it possable to repair the fuel line or do i have to replace the whole fuel line?
but then i will still have the same problem.

replace it with a shorter hose?

Also how would i rejoin the fuel pipe after cutting it?

Cut a section out of the blue hard plastic coated pipe so it shortens to your required length. Then join the two ends of your blue pipe with a short section of rubber hose that is a tight fit and some jubilee clips.
Make sure you check it for leaks.

thats exactly what ive done for mine but i used fuel line jubilee clamps from halfords

where could i get a larger rubber pipe to fit over the fuel pipe from? what sort of size do i need?

all i wanna know is how to join the fuel pipe without it leaking everywhere.

for a start what size is of the standard blue fuel line?

i shortened my fuel pipe then sleeved the original rubber part of the fuel pipe onto the blue plastic part using fuel pipe jubilee clips from halfords
