hi all i just bought a egr valve blanking plate and its a thick metal could i leave the old egr valve hanging off some cable ties or do i have to put it bak on that aswell thanks all

i put the egr valve to the blanking plate with my original egr valve thats been cleaned so it should run better now i hope
