Gave the car a quick wash yesterday, and fit my new morettes today.

Next up will be a service and bonnet, front bumper and boot re-painted. And some track days.

Booked my hotel alredy for French Car Show

Nice car mate. Nimble little motors.
However I never understood the coloured fan craze. The chap who bought my old VTS painted them red. Looks daft, but thats just my opinion.

I'm not a massive fan of these, but have to admit that looks pretty smart! Always liked that colour too (moonstone?)

Green bits are the only bit I dislike.

That looks very nice Not keen on the green badges and tow eyes tbh. Prefer the badges red and the towing eyes would be better in black imo.

Mark_gsi - Yeah its a JP4 from a C2 VTs, with J4 internals (cams springs etc) its bloody quick enough anyway, quicker than a 172 cup.

Mark B - Ecosse intake is a genuine one, £196 i think.

Rich H - Yeah its Moonstone blue. Ill be intouch with you in the next month or so for some cleaning stuff after i get bits painted

Not fussed for HID's really, had them on the last 3 cars, always said id alyways have them on every car, but really not fussed now. Rather spend the cash on a track day.

Yeah Ash, they are nippy little things!! Suprised me anyway, had a play with a mate in a mk4 Astra GSi with full miltek, he was slightly pulling away, then more top end he pulled away more. Still, not bad for a 1.6 na compared to a 2.0 turbo.
