almost finished my lot of myprotein whey protein and fancy trying something different.
the one i have at the moment is chocolate smooth flavour and tastes nice so another product that tastes nice would be ideal really.
heard good things about phd pharma whey, does anybody on here use it? also is it cheapest from monstersupplements.com?
oh and whats best to use as a pre-workout drink and do i need this? never used it before
cheers.

Edit: Strwaberry only though, others a rank imo.

someone in work had that one and said it was very sugary?
i'll probably just go back to myprotein again as i know it's decent enough, but wondered if there's anything better out there for around the same price range.

Phd Synergy, can be used as pre / post workout.
Seems to work well for me, and tastes really nice, even after 3/4 tubs!

Ive been on PHD Pharma Whey for a few months now as a change from Optimum ON 100% Gold Standard whey. Its really nice in flavour (mint choc) and mixes up well in a shaker. 90 servings a tub same as the ON Whey too but slightly less protien per serving (20g I think rather than 24g)
Usually buy from monstersupplements but saw it for £29.99 on another website so I bought a tub and then after realised it was PHD Pharam Gain So looks like i'm on that next month.

i have universal real gains (weight gainer), choco ice cream flavour and its probably one of the best tasting weight gainers going. iirc its milk concentrate protein so you dont get that cheesey taste like what you get with whey protein.

myprotein impact whey tastes like shit with water imo. tastes nice with milk though.
nutrisport 90+ tastes more like the smell of poo than anything else but 5kg for £40 and 45g of protein per serving - you can't go wrong.

2 large scoops as 300ml of water. quite watery and not that thick but i found it really easy to drink.
i'm not really fussy though so that's probably why i'd drink anything.
