Can you imagine the Liverpool fans reaction to that

Will nicely balance out Redknapp though.

Brilliant player. Absolute legend but well overdue retirement and was a real shame to see him regress so much last two years. First noticed it against Lyon in the champs league. Shame but he will be good for young ones coming through

Don't think anyone can deny how good a right back he was even if people hate him.

To be fair he probably couldn't drop down the leagues now. Don't think he'd be good enough for Luton and that's saying something

Hope he becomes a Sky Sport pundit because I love how much all the opposition fans hates him. It will wind everyone up seeing him on TV with his United tinted glasses on!

Fantastic player, another one of my generation retires.

Scholes
Giggs
Beckham
Ferdinand
Owen

Only ones left playing, is it a coincidence all but one play for United

He better not get on Sky to replace Gray. I genuinely can't see why they would want him. Stay at Manure and be a coach you little rate faced muppet.

I don't see why people hate Gary Neville so much? and i wouldn't mind seeing him on Sky sports, might balance out all these Liverpool fanboys...
