That'd be cool seen that a few times. I just want to get really strong. At the moment its agony working my legs to an oblivon. Need to be Deadlifting 310kg and Squat 200kg. Aiming to do that in around 2 years hopefully.

At the moment im on 5000 calories aday, and consuming 6 fairly sized meals aday and 2 protein shakes aswell.
What you have to remember is shadow was a roid boy

Nope what are they? I just generally take Creatine + Promax.
Not had creatine Since January because i did 4months solid on it. Hopefully my lifts will increase when i start loading up next week

protein bars they are good stuff... ive been loading on them for the last three weeks what a difference pushing heavier and muscletone is strengthening.. try creatine pyruvate has better effects..
cyclone was good for strength and recovery but expensive.. nitrotech whey and celltech combined together are mental

Protein doesnt make you lift more is physcological(sp) protein is simply for supplying your muscle for better growth with carbs.
Cyclones just a mix of everything for the unsure people of what to take

I dont think it does, just helps them grow a little better. 9/10 times its just grin and bare the pain. try doing setups using 30kg dumbbells, 1st time 40times, then 30times.
Out all my program thats the only thing that nearly reduces me to tears its that painful!

Nope! this is worse try it, you get to 20th time and your arms are losing grip, by 30 your in agony then pushing the last 10 out
squating i do 10,6,4,4,6,15 kills!
