Wanted to upgrade my headlight bulbs as one had blew so decided on these nightbreaker plus bulbs.

Dont get me wrong they are brighter but they dont have a whiter look about them at all. i was hopeing for something that looked a bit different.

What bulbs give a white/blue tint.

We sold the car and picking up a new one over the weekend which has had the nightbreakers put in also

I have philips blue vision in the astra, and nightbreaker plus in th bike.

The philips seem to give a slightly more whiter light, but not by much.

The only way to go for the look you want is to get some HIDs.

De-cats fail, how many people have them. Just a quick 5 min swap over.

I have Philips X-treme Vision in the Fiesta. Supposed to be 100% extra light over standard. Not sure if that's actually true or not but they give a very good bright white light.
Also have Philips Blue Vision side lights. They're not blue at all though (thankfully) and also give a good bright white light.
