Because when u fart in the bath it bubbles up therefor stays in an enclosed area longer , when u fart out the bath it dispurses around the air allot quicker.

OR MAYBE TRY USING DIFFERENT BUBBLE BATH'S TO SEE IF THE FART WILL MIX WITH DIFFERENT FRAGRANCE'S OF BUBBLE BATH.
