For some reason if I try to view the directory/file list of a network drive, it draws the list really slowly - i.e. one line per second! 
It seems fine if I do the above but on a local drive.
I don't have this problem on ANY other programs on my system, just FileZilla!
Any ideas? Should I be using another FTP program? I'm ready to throw my laptop out the fucking window in a minute.

I've used CoreFTP for years, never had a problem tbh!

fireftp works well too on firefox
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Used to use CuteFTP, uni used WS_Ftp or something like that, but I didn't like it
