that p60 stuff or p45 ive got both in a tin under the stairs so do i roughrn the edges up bend mesh on and add fiberglass to the edges?
do i have to take the bumper off?

Yes to removing the bumper
Once removed lie it on its face, cut mesh to size ( remembering to leave excess so that the edges can be bent round lip of bumper)
Bent/shape mesh til happy, fibreglass round edges of hole, place mesh over hole, more fibreglass over mesh & other fibreglass.
Lay a heavy object on mesh til fibreglass drys.
Well that how i did it anyways
