investigating the possibility of making a shaped one for the bottom of my xe, maybe from carbon fibre moulds? any of the rallyists and experience or knowledge?

looking to make something similar to the example below as i thought it would have provided a bit better protection bolted close up to the sump rather than the traditional steel sheet ones

when the xes are used in rallying they use a manta sump usually

im not using mine for rallying sorry, just its fairly low, and im nervous of road debris being that much closer now

mines low aswell but its the arb thats low not so much the sump and a sump has to take a whack to crack
