Its a shame we dont make history like this anymore, stuck in the shite that is non league for what seems like eternity
Unfortunately I wasnt at this match, i was taken to my first York game later on in that season. Definitely one of the biggest ever achievements by our club up alongside making the FA Cup Semis in the 50s. Games like this are what us fans of lower teams live for, pretty much the equivalent of you winning the CL.
Great days. I dearly hope they return

Good video that Nath. Andy Dibble in goal Never a penalty either, same old Arsenal, always cheating
I love going through the old videos. Beating Everton over 2 legs in the CCC, the season after Man Utd, i was at that the home game where we won 3-2. Amazing.
Id like someone to find the highlights of us beating Man City 2-1 at home too, when they came down to Div 2. I went fucking mental when we got that 2nd Was loads of Man City fans in our end

I could spend hours going through old Luton videos. The related vids keep me going for ages. But then I get all depressed and have to stop

I think there's maybe 1 Crewe video worth watching on youtube, and i'd even struggle trying to think of that

Same, i dont know why i torture myself
Its a bad thing when you think 16 years ago we were beating Man Utd 3-0 at Old trafford (should've been 4 but anyway ) and now i look at our next game...
Hayes & Yeading away...
Pass me the rope.

All I can find from Crewe's history on there is the bloody defeat to York in the playoff final
There's nothing I can find on there from us stuffing Walsall in the playoff semi's (before York), or beating Luton in the playoffs, then Brentford in the final.
Couldn't find either of the goals Shaun Smith scored from the halfway line either (2 in 1 season)
At least Crewe have always been average Although 11th in the Championship was a massive massive achievement for the club, think we're back at the level we should be now really, worst thing is that there doesn't seem to be any amazing youth coming through which is what they're famed for

That handball was absolutely ridiculous. I have no idea what possessed him to do that
Thanks god we won on penalties because he'd have been lynched by us for that
