I know a few of you on here are really into your bikes so hopefully you might be able to help
Won a bike on ebay for what i think is a bargain for the price iv paid.

Heres the bike and spec, its not a standard bike according to the ebay ad but i dont know much about bikes as this is my first proper bike as i want to get into riding trails and Downhill.

anyway here it is

Kona Stinky Air '09 frame 15.5"

Raceface evolve DH seat tube

WTB pure seat

Raceface evolve DH crankset

Ethirteen SS chainguide and bash guard

Shimano Deore XT rear mech and 9 speed cassette

Shimano Deore brakes

Shimano 160mm rear rotor

Alligator 160mm front rotor

Marzocchi Super T Pro 180mm travel forks 20mm bolt through axle

Fox DHX 5.0 air rear shock 5" travel

FSA Pig headset

Funn direct mount stem

Husselfelt DH riser bar

Lizard skins peaty grips

Halo 26" wheels and hubs

Maxxis highroller super tacky tyres 2.35"

Dmr V8 pedals.

Got it for £620

If it turns out i got a really good bargain then ill probably consider selling it and making a profit

he has also thrown in a brand new carbon full face helmet, knee & elbow pads, Oakley goggles, 185mm rotor with bracket.
Let the injuries begin

It would be easier to tell you if you got a bargain rather than tell you exactly what it's worth. How much did you pay?

Not bad at all that. Pretty good spec so if it's not fucked then it's a bargain. It'll cost you a few quid to start replacing parts if there are any problems.

I wouldn't like to say mate. It was a 3 grand bike when new. Looks like he's upgraded the forks and a few other things but the rear shock is standard.

I still think you got a bargain there so don't worry. If you are only after making a few quid the. Stick it on eBay and see what you get.

I didnt realise that! Obviously not that price now though but still.

Well i didnt buy it to sell and make a profit, been wanting to get myself a decent bike and have a go at trail riding and Downhill etc for a few years. Just saw this on ebay and stuck a cheeky bid on it thinking there was no way id win but i ended up doing so haha.

Down from £4.5k!

Iv been searching for the bike tyring to figure out the price myself but all i can find are the blue framed ones for 2009 models, could he be lying or were they actually available in white?

Suppose he could have painted it.
