what is the diffrence between these two cars and which one would win in a drag race also facts and figues would be nice

109 and 106 bhp i think .... but that was when new ..

gsi has both the 109 and 106 bhp engines

sport has nicer interior
gsi has nicer exterior

the 109 bhp engine is supposedly more tunable

C16XE in early GSi`s 109 bhp and X16XE in later GSi`s 106bhp iirc.

doesnt the later sport 1.6 have the x16xe engine in it aswell tho

sport only ever had the x16xe in it, gsi changed over to the x16xe at the end

Later GSi has X16XE yes, all Sports have X16XE.

Nothing in it, although I've always wondered what the craic is as Sport has aircon and airbags so should weigh more.

so a later gsi is the same as sport then just got the tidy body kit on then

My Sport didn't have aircon, and only had a drivers airbag - that's the same as a GSI in't it?

Although according to Ian, it did have a full loom - autobox connector, heated seats etc.

i like the gsi interior more than sports gottta be in top nick tho
