The corsa's Mot is up soon and i know it has a lot that needs doing I'm going to be very fussy and name everything i know needs doing.

BRAKES (SUSPECT REAR) front ones were changes 2k ago (only pads changed)
FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS FITMENT (have bearings ready to go)
TRACKING (FREE OF CHARGE) had tracking done a while ago but will need to be re adjusted after wheel bearings
INLET MANIFOLD (currently have a powerbox thats sunk at the manifold so leaking pressure)
MIDDLE BOX OF EXHAUST BLOWING. (i reversed very slowly into a pillar which bent the middle box and has caused it to blow where it was welded from where it had had the middle box removed)
exhaust on the rubbers.- Obviously now the backbox doesnt fit on the rubbers due to bent middle pipe
Fair bit of welding- i know chassis legs need doing and parts under sills unknown how much.
needs new wheelarch (which i have just need to fit)
needs new passenger side splashguard or wheelarch lining
needs a good service

All in all i think its a nice first car tbh. Obviously due to it being an N reg its a fair bit old

Ive looked at quotes for a facelift 1.4 sport and they wanted an extra 80 pounds a month which is silly i feel?

I know the biggest expense will be the welding and subject to that i feel is whether or not i get rid.

Would you not consider a 1.2 sxi or something? I went for a 1.2 trip 1998, 1.2 8v so reliable and wanted something with as little electrics as possible lol.
