on the jacking points if its only one corner you need lifting?!?

Just behind the front wheel there's a little indentation, I usually use the edge of that. If it's the rear I use the rear beam, if I need the rear beam free just use the bits next to where the rear beam bolts onto. I've only ever done that with the car already on axle stands though, don't know if you'd be able to get in there with it on the deck.
I'd have thought this would have been your area of expertise given you name tbh  lol
