Anybody have experience with these? Legal supplements before anyone asks.
I'm thinking about buying some but am epileptic and I'm a bit worried to see if these are ok for me..
So before I go to get professional advice, anybody know? Small shot I know..
Thanks

Because most supplements are a waste of money. A protein and multivitamin supplement is all you need in conjunction with plenty of food. I never saw anything from stuff like tribulus and ZMA etc.

didnt you post a few weeks ago saying you were going to start because you want to be bigger or something?
just because if thats the case then 'googling' ways to make you bigger etc is probably the wrong way to go for a beginner, mainly because you will probably be wasting your money.

If you wan't to spend money on making yourself bigger then spend it on more food.

I dont get what youre saying.
Im saying he can increase the size of his meals but if he works then he may not be able to eat as much in between meals due to the type of job, hence why eating more can be harder for some people. I have an office job and i find it hard to eat in between meals so i have a weight gainer shake due to it being quicker and it doesnt look like i go to work to eat all day if you know what i mean.
Where as those that dont work can eat all day.
Tribulus you can take 3 pills at night before bed and not worry about waking up at 3am to eat meal number 1 but whos to say its going to work for a beginner which is a reason why it will be a waste for a start.

Yeh, I'm a beginner. If I eat a lot of food though I'll just get a gut. So supplements seem the only way to go for me as due to my frame it'll be hard to put muscle on...
Ive just had my first experience of superpump, didn't rate it at all.

leave the test boosters. you wont notice any difference using them. try and get more protein and clean calories rather than lots of saturated and processed fats

'clean' calories? I hate food-based protein though

porridge oats are good source of calories, as is olive oil. so you dont like chicken, tuna, red meat or eggs? what about nuts?

I like chicken. I hate tuna, although I can eat it (just) with warm pasta and alot of cheese. Hate red meet. Live on eggs (about 4 a day. Not sure if that's enough) nuts are ok.
That's why I need supplements cuz I am really fussy which is obviously a bad thing when it comes to weight training

But if youre going to be taking the likes of steroids etc then you need to sort your diet out any way.

I dont see why not. As long as you dont deep fry the cunts, plus if youre wanting to gain weight then thats the way to go.
I used to buy the sainsburys taste the difference burgers and would est all 4.
