Just failed its mot today with both sills corroded and rear hyraulic cylinder leaking and a couple problems with handbrake etc iks it worth fixing or not ???

if i get rid ill be looking for another corsa . 1.2 or possibly 1.4 so what yous think ??

Would Love too but with my insurance currently costing me £194 a month on a 1.2 i dont think it would be a very wise move on my part

n reg 96 thousandish , bodywork not too great paint etc . would be alrite if some 1 was to repaint it for engine conversion etc

atlantis blue with purple patches , green steel wheels and rattle can black bonnet lowered 60mm thats it really

How much were the sills dan? Tbh I prob wil scrap it n just strip the bits off it. And buy anotha corsa

sills were 28 from auto panels just need them welded in etc but your description sounds like it needs weighed in lol

Ive got 2brand new ball joints and 2brand new Handbrake cables if they are any good to ya?

well dont think i need to buy sill as theyre not as bad as first thought so just case of rear brake cylinder and the handbrake .

Any cheap 1.0 or 1.2s around like as i fancy a new one .

Do the simple, sand it all down, underseal it, fiberglass over the top and then underseal it again. Make it look professional and say you had done professionally etc.

As for the rear cyclinder they are only £10 off ebay. Handbrake will probably be the cable or just need adjusting, impossible to say without trying tbh.

I wouldn't bother buying out else till it's totally fucked

Go to auto save in sunderland/grangetown for ya cylander they only 6-8 quid from there mate and always in stock

it depends how much the car is worth and how much its going to cost to put it through the test, or buy a corsa b that needs a new engine and put yours in

Well its nt as bad as first thought .sorted cylinder and am gettin welding tonight for free. But al bee after something else new month .
